Healthy Vanilla Smoothie!
This is a delicious creamy vanilla smoothie! I make this all the time because it is so easy and yummy!
Recipe:
- Frozen banana (if you do not have a frozen banana on hand, use a regular banana but add a handful of ice cubes so that you still have the "frozen" aspect of the smoothe.)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (I use plain greek yogurt, but use whatever you prefer!)
- 1 packet of stevia
- If you want it a little sweeter, I sometimes add a teaspoon or so of honey!
- 1/2 cup of milk of choice
- optional: Chia seeds, frozen berries, cocoa powder, baby spinach( turns it green but you can't taste it!) peanut butter
Blend all ingredients up and enjoy!
The great thing about this smoothie is its so basic that you can enjoy the simple vanilla flavor, but its so easy to make it any other flavor! You can add berries, cocoa powder or chocolate chips, dry oats, and so much more!
