The Best Granola!
This yummy granola is delicious and so easy!
Recipe:
- 3 cups Dry Oats
- 1/2 cup Syrup or Honey
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds (For nuts, feel free to sub whatever you have on hand!)
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin (it will not come out Pumpkin-y this is in place of the oil)
- 1/4 cup Apple sauce
- 1/4 cup Dried Unsweetened Coconut
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, then check and shake it around a little, then put back in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes! Hope you enjoy!
